ABOUT YOUR TRAINER

This is how fitness changed my life..

I started working out when I was 130lbs and I was struggling with my self worth. I felt inferior and undeserving.
So I decided it was time to make a change.
I believe that feeling inferior was leading me to BEING and acting inferior. I went through depression and anxiety.
Fitness for me helped me realize my worth and grow more confident as I continuously achieved my goals in the gym. Because I struggled with feeling like less than for so long, I needed something that could help me upgrade my mindset and allow me to stack wins.
It was hard at first, I was doing a bro split and just fitting my macros and although the results were good, I didn't REALLY start making changes until I introduced Continuous Movement Training and introduced my ancestral-ish meal guide.
So I decided to become an online coach, because helping people stack wins and watching people allow their mental state to grow fuels me to help so many young men completely change their lives.
